From our Quality Inn, 2004 bridal show

• Quality - Quality in look and substance.

  • We create a professional look to the bridal shows. We include everything in our booth price so that we insure that the look of the bridal show is high-quality. We will not sell booths without these items just to "make a sale". 

  • Not only do we limit the number of vendors in each category but, we do our best to separate similar vendors into different areas of the show.  We feel this give our brides the best choice while still providing our vendors the best sales potential.

  • We give you good sales data. Our lead lists (bride and attendee)  include more than just the bare essentials. We provide a detailed spreadsheet that includes more than just the name, address, phone number, wedding dates, etc.  We include groom information, income, and much more...

  • We only want quality vendors that engage in reputable business practices and stand by their products.  Our company and the vendors that participate in our bridal shows do not want to be associated in any way with companies that are not honest or do not stand by their product or service. 

  • We put on well-organized bridal shows and do our best to make sure things happen on- time and in the order our attendees are expecting them.

   

• Value  -  Most of the time we ARE less expensive than many bridal shows. Typically we are usually priced a little lower than the average for professionally produced bridal shows in the area. We want to insure you get "a little more for a little less". Here's How:

  • We offer you the lowest price that we can afford and still maintain a high quality bridal show. 

  • We always give you a poled and draped space, not just a table.  

  • Our tables are covered and skirted. 

  • We don't want to nickel and dime you to death. For example, we give you 2 Chairs (Yes, believe it or not some shows only give you one). Any "Extras" are truly extras not things you need to put on a good show.

  • We provide lunch for two people for each booth, included in our booth price. Not Extra. 

  • Call us for more details that separate us from the other bridal shows .

   

• Customer Service - According to the majority of our past and current vendors we excel in Customer service.

  • Our sales staff are not just sales staff, they also work the shows.  Chances are you'll see a familiar face (or at least hear a familiar voice).

  • To insure quality at least one the owners of Events Etc. are at the show directly involved to make sure our standards are met.  

  • We are very willing to help advertise you to the fullest. For example, may of our florists like to provide flowers for the fashion show or we like to use our vendors specialties to enhance the show. In return we make sure that everyone knows who provided those services. If you have ideas, just ask we are very flexible!!

  • We give you a lot of freedom with your booth. If it doesn't detract from a Sponsor, Vendor or Bride just let us know and more than likely you are welcome to do it.

  • We feel its important to go the extra mile to try to satisfy you.
